Budget and Construction Organization Department

The budget and construction organization department acts as follows:

  • works out the construction organization project disciplines, thoroughly evaluating resource requirements and preparing detailed work schedules, makes priority and program decisions concerning the installation and construction work execution;
  • performs construction estimates, calculations of installation and construction, commissioning and startup, and field supervision costs in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, Guidance Documents in Construction, and other documents and customer's requirements.
