Under the following Federal Laws: "Technical Regulations", "Licensing Certain Activities", "Self-Regulating Organizations", "Industrial Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities" and City Planning Code of Russian Federation, on the territory of Russia

The EleSy Company is provided with:

a) Compliance certificates for the following production:

• ELESY automation and teleautomatics systems;
• ELSYREG-PH automatic pressure control system;
• EleSy automatic security and fire-alarm, water, foam, gas, dry powder and aerosol fire extinguishing installations and automatic fire-fighting alarm management system.

b) Certificates of types of measuring instruments for the following production:

• ELESY automation and teleautomatics systems.

c) Application licenses for the following production:

• ELESY automation and teleautomatics systems;
• ELSYREG-PH automatic pressure control system;
• EleSy automatic security and fire-alarm, water, foam, gas, dry powder and aerosol fire extinguishing installations and automatic fire-fighting alarm management system.

d) Licenses for the following activities:

• Fire prevention and fire-fighting operations;
• Mounting, repairing and servicing the fire safety equipment for buildings and constructions;
• Production and repair of measuring equipment;
• Designing and manufacturing of equipment for atomic energy consuming facilities;
• Hazardous waste accumulation, utilisation, neutralization, transportation and disposal;
• Educational activities.

e) Competence certificates for activities affecting the infrastructure safety:

• Competence certificate for construction, reconstruction and infrastructure overhauling activities, which may affect the infrastructure safety.
